2010 PAD and August Summer Intensive Class Schedule
Audition For Summer Programs
The audition is for placement in the Performing Arts Division (PAD) Summer Program and the August Summer Intensive. Auditions are held at the Hennepin Center for the Arts. Registration begins 30 minutes prior to the audition. Dancers are asked to bring a passport sized head shot. Girls please bring pointe shoes.

Audition Fee: $25.00
If you are not able to attend an audition, please send audition DVD or VHS. Please include:
- Completed Registration Form
- $25.00 Registration Fee (made payable to MDT/DI)
- A recent head shot
- A short DVD or VHS that shows barre and center work, adagio, pirouettes, petite allegro, grande allegro, pointe work for girls and tours for boys

Performing Arts Division (PAD) / Summer Solstice 2010
MDT/DI is offering a five (5) week intensive program for Levels 4 through 7 designed to give students the opportunity to improve their skills, gain strength, and confidence. Also new this year the students Levels 4 through 7 will have a performance opportunity with a studio showing at the end of the program.
The three (3) week program for Levels 1 through 3 is for the younger dancers with focus on technique and placement while providing a fun experience for all.

Story Ballet Mini Day Camp / Ages 4-6
Pre-dance and beginning dance students ages 4-6 explore movement through imagery, music and self-expression. The students will have the opportunity to express their creativity through a variety of dance, music and art activities related to beloved classic stories. Each session meets for one week and focuses on a different story.

Loyce Houlton's Nutcracker Fantasy Workshop
