Thanks to those who supported the 2008 Nutcracker Tea Party. Together with others, you raised over a thousand dollars to support our outreach activities which ensure our programs are accessible to everyone. You can be proud of your role in:

• Bringing dance education to two vulnerable inner-city communities (Farview & Powderhorn). This year our company dancers are teaching an enhanced curriculum designed by an Early Childhood Development/Dance specialist.

• Providing over $22,000 of free tuition so that our classes are accessible for students of diverse racial and economic backgrounds and to increase the number of boys.

• Providing over a thousand free tickets ($35,000 value) to needy families so they can enjoy a performance of Loyce Houlton’s Fantasy Nutcracker at holiday time.

Your support is vital in creating Dance That Dares and Training Tomorrow’s Dancers Today. Thank you for sharing the joy of dance with over 24,500 people in this, our 46th anniversary season.
