Training Tomorrow's Dancers Today

Conditioning/Pilates
A Pilates-based fitness workout is a form of conditioning that balances strength and flexibility using specialized equipment in a one-on-one setting. It is great for all bodies including professionals, moms, athletes, and dancers. One-hour sessions are tailored to your specific body structure to help you reach your goals of health and well-being.

A few great reasons to try a one-on-one core conditioning workout on our Stott equipment:

  • Tone and strengthen
  • Increase circulation
  • Enhance athletic performance

An hour-long session is scheduled by appointment at a rate of $50. Professional artist rates are available, please inquire! Contact the instructors directly to set up an appointment.
