MDT has a fully equipped, on-site Pilates studio. Private lessons are available with certified instructor Jessica Cressey.

The Pilates Method is a form of exercise that encourages uniform development of the body in both strength and flexibility while promoting mind-body awareness and control.

One-on-one sessions specifically tailored to the needs of dancers are available. This conditioning method provides excellent cross-training for physical development or injury rehabilitation.
