Pilates

The Pilates Method is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which encourages uniform development of the body in both strength and flexibility while promoting physical awareness and control. It is great for all bodies at any fitness level.

One on One sessions specifically tailored to the needs of dancers are available in a fully equipped Pilates studio within MDT.  These hour long sessions focus on the individual and can be fantastic cross-training for physical advancement or rehabilitation from injury.
